All our items are usually in stock, and we aim to despatch within 48 hrs. Occasionally certain items are out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you to confirm when we expect to ship your order. Your payment card will not be charged until your order is ready to be despatched. Which couriers do you use? UK Orders :All orders over £30 are despatched by either City Link 24 hr couriers or Royal Mail Recorded / Special delivery service Overseas Orders: Standard Shipping orders are despatched by Royal mail International Recorded Delivery, or Parcel Force World-wide. Delivery time usually with 7-14 days. Express World-wide shipping is available on certain products. Are you products guaranteed? All Gymform Plus Units are covered by a 12 month replacement / repair guarantee. Do you offer a money back guarantee? All products supplied by Premier Direct UK Ltd are covered by a 14 day money back guarantee, subject to our returns policy detailed latter. How do I return items? a) Email or 'phone us on 01744 694491 for a returns authorisation number. b) We will email you back with the returns number and this must be included with the items you send back to us with a letter of explanation as to why you are sending goods back to us. Please indicate if you wish a replacement item or refund/credit to your account. c) Send the goods back to us at the address stated. Please note that we are not responsible for packages not received - please send your items back by recorded delivery with insurance if necessary. d) As soon as we receive your returns we will replace or refund you.
